Plastisol accommodation units can be linked and stacked and also are available in modular form and are more suitable in situations where high security is not a particular requirement and the customer is looking for a more traditional look to their accommodation needs.

Anti-Vandal Profile Steel Portable Accommodation
Plastisol construction replaced the older traditional timber texture type cabins which were initially introduced to the construction market in the 1940’s.
Plastisol is a thin metal sheet steel which is either cladded on to a 9mm plywood board and fixed to the timber or metal stud work forming both the internal and external walls of a cabin and generally replaces the traditional texturing over the same ply board.
Plastisol units can also be constructed in pre formed panels where the steel sheet is glued to a polystyrene insulation to both the internal and external and where no traditional wood or steel stud work is needed.
These types of units are still strong and durable and certainly aesthetically pleasing but generally lack the robustness’ and security of an anti-vandal unit.
Where anti-vandal units are built to sit on either jack-legs or are indeed strong enough to stand on the four corner pillars alone, Plastisol units will generally have steel jack-legs approx 1/3 rd in along the longest side of the unit to support the floor joisting. The general exception to this would be where a plastisol modular building is required in which case the floor may be supported via metal skids.
